Chee Dog Park

The Chee are a race of androids created by the now-extinct Pemalite race for companionship. The Chee in turn created modern dogs by infusing wild wolves with the "essence" of last-surviving Pemalites. As a they are all that remain of their former friends, the Chee take special care of dogs and have large parks for them to play in.
