Description
The One is a mysterious being, we only see it at the very end of the series, and only for a page or two. It seems to be a god-like being, it's power bleeding through dimensions and whatnot, assimilating sentient beings for it's own uses, and having a cult made from the shattered remains of the Yeerk Empire.
The full abilities of The One are never shown, as shortly after we meet it (in deep, forbidden space), our heros ram their ship into The One! The End!

The One, in it's brief appearance, shifted between the "rat-trap"-mouthed robot, the elf, and Ax (and later gave Ax a creepy mouth). The forms The One takes appear to symbolize both how The One's setting a trap AND that the Animorph series mixed sci-fi and fantasy elements.
